The smaller your chance of winning, the higher the multiplier, and the payout is set so the RTP stays at 99% whatever target you pick. Every round of Dice is generated from a secret server seed, a client seed you can change and a nonce, combined with HMAC-SHA256. The hash of the server seed is shown before you play.
