European Blackjack is dealt from two decks with no hole card, so the dealer only draws a second card once your hand is finished. You may double on totals of 9 to 11 and split once, and the dealer stands on soft 17. Without a hole card, doubling or splitting against a dealer Ace or ten carries more risk, so basic strategy differs from the six-deck game. The listed RTP is 99.4% with correct strategy.
