How to play HiLo

Guess whether the next card is higher or lower, build a multiplier and cash out when you like.

HiLo begins with a single card. Call whether the next card will be higher or lower, and each correct call builds your multiplier, with less likely calls adding more. You can cash out at any point to take the current multiplier, or carry on and risk it on the next card. A wrong call ends the round and the stake is lost. The RTP is 99%. Because you decide when to stop, it is sensible to settle on your exit point before you begin. Every card is provably fair.

RTP and house edge

HiLo has a theoretical return to player (RTP) of 99%, which is a house edge of 1%. RTP is a long-run average over a very large number of rounds, not a guarantee for any session.

Provably fair

Every round of HiLo is generated from a secret server seed, a client seed you can change and a nonce, combined with HMAC-SHA256. The hash of the server seed is shown before you play.
